What personal information do you collect about me?

  • as part of a warranty program

We will also disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so.

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we assume you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask you for personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your consent or provide you with an opportunity to say no. Saying no is called opting out. By opting out, you can tell us not to collect the information and/or not to share it with other companies.

Exchange and Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return any items purchased from EduPac Services. with proof of purchase within 1 year of receiving your order by contacting EduPac Services. A Return and Exchange Form will be made available after contacting at 604-238-1504. EduPac Services reserves the right to refuse any returns if they are damaged or altered in any way.

Within 1 year of original purchase:

Un-defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt up to 1 year after you receive your package. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit,cash back or debited to the card that was used to pay. The return may be completed by sending your items and your order form to the address below or by taking the merchandise and order form to a location approved by EduPac Services Inc.

If you don’t have your receipt:

Please send as much information with your return as possible including the name, phone number and address where the order was sent and/or billed to, email address or credit card used to purchase the item. Any refund will be credited to the original account used to place the order. Please pack and seal your return securely using an insured carrier service. Your shipment must be sent prepaid.

We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Send your package to an approved location by EduPac Services.

Credit Card& Interac Online Refunds

For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase.

If Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to 1 month for your credit to appear on your statement.
