Availability of products on this Site may vary. Some featured items may be available only in limited quantities or only while supplies last. Once an item is out of stock, we will attempt to remove the item promptly from display on the Site. Display of an item is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock or that it will be available on our Site when you visit again. For any availability issues, please contact Customer Service. We will make every effort to fulfill your requests whenever possible.

EduPac Services will make every reasonable effort to display its products as accurately as possible. MAKING AN ORDER

Before placing an order, we will show you the item(s) selected for purchase, a description of such item(s), the price and applicable taxes, the shipping cost and any other information required by applicable laws. You understand that your order shall constitute an offer to purchase the selected item(s). Orders are not binding on EduPac Services until accepted by return email confirming our acceptance of such order. Acceptance shall be subject to product availability and a valid payment.

Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in Canadian Dollars. Although EduPac Services will attempt to provide accurate pricing for all items on the Site, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time, even after an order is placed. In the eventuality that you place an order for an item incorrectly priced, EduPac Services may cancel such order and reverse the charges applicable to your payment.

We do not accept credit cards issued outside Canada and the United States.

Your name, billing address and telephone number must exactly match those on your credit card statement. This information is used as a part of the validation process of your credit card. Your Shipping address can be any address in Greater Vancouver. EduPac Services can retain your credit card number following authorization by the user. We do retain the authorization number for the transaction in case you wish to return the purchase for a credit.

We collect funds from your credit card before we ship your merchandise to you. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.

Your order can be sent in multiple shipments (either to the same destination or to different destinations).

EduPac Services reserves the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation.

SALES TAXES

Purchases on the Site are subject to applicable taxes. You may also be charged taxes on the shipping fees. For clarity, you are responsible for all sales, use, goods and services, harmonized sales, and other taxes and duties associate with an order.

If you return an item for a refund, you will also receive a refund for the taxes paid on each returned item. You will not receive a refund for the taxes paid for shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DELIVERY POLICY

EduPac Services shall only ship items within Greater Vancouver from this site.

Shipping addresses must be valid Canadian addresses. PO boxes are also accepted.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the type and amount of products. You will be shown the shipping amount before your purchase is finalized. You can choose what date to receive your shipment. Days available will vary. EduPac Services will do it’s best to deliver items on time and on your selected date. EduPac Services is not responsible for late shipments in any way.

EduPac Services reserves the right to change your delivery date without your consent at any time; you will be notified before any changes are made.

EduPac Services will confirm all delivery orders via email or telephone. Edupac Services is not liable for any merchandise once it has been delivered.

EduPac Services reserves the right to use third party carriers at its sole discretion and without notice to the customer.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not warrant that the content of the site will be accurate, or otherwise error-free, or that the server upon which it resides is free from any viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the site is at your own risk. Under no circumstances will EduPac Services or its employees be liable for any damages connected to using the site.

You accept that, as a limited liability entity, EduPac Services has an interest in limiting the personal liability of its officers and employees. You agree that you will not bring any claim personally against EduPac Services’s officers or employees in respect of any losses you suffer in connection with the website.

APPLICABLE LAWS - DISPUTE RESOLUTION

INDEMNIFY

You hereby indemnify EduPac Services and undertake to keep EduPac Services indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by EduPac Services Whole Inc to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of EduPac Services’s legal advisers) incurred or suffered by EduPac Services arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions.

BREACHES OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Without prejudice to EduPac Services’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, EduPac Services may take such action as EduPac Services deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

SEVERABILITY

If a provision of these terms and conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
